Question Mark
I'm going to assume you know all there is to know about question marks. Am I right? Well, just in case you need a refresher, here is the one rule for question marks:
1. A question mark is used at the end of a question. That much is obvious. But whether question marks are needed at the end of every request is not always clear. A good general rule is that if the reader is expected to act instead of reply, no question mark is necessary. But if you feel the request is too presumptuous as a statement, use a question mark.
